it should take less than 1 hour for you to level to 11. The Mine is a Zone located at the right of the Starting Zone. pass the orc horde, you will find a lot of crabs in next area kill them for my sword skill use, and cast melee protection ( also works on arrow ) and bladestorm charge toward to those orcs in previous area. it grants you about 350 exp per kill before level 11. I have bladestrom on level 8 so all I need is pass the first two area. my character build is sowrd, archery, armor, protection, and alteration.
